What happens at the dinner?
Drinks, bread, and salad are served first. Jake presents a 20-minute strategy overview while your entrée is prepared. Investor packets are delivered with the main course, and you enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure.
What are the fund fees?
Genesis Fund I charges 2% management fees and 19% performance fees. Dinner attendees qualify for founder shares with reduced fee structures.
What are the risks?
All investments carry risk of loss. This fund maintains a debt ratio below 10%, does not take short positions, and is audited annually by a registered CPA.
Can I bring my spouse?
Yes — spouses are welcome. If you'd like to invite friends, please have them register separately.
How do I know if I qualify?
You'll need one of: a third-party accredited investor certification, two years of W-2s showing $250K+ income, or bank statements showing $200K+ in liquid assets.
